I have a lot of ideas. Too many, sometimes. Projects that start fast, problems I face that I look to solve, and a brain that naturally switches from one subject to another.

For a long time I saw that as a flaw. Until I understood that it's not scattered thinking, it's a way of operating. My natural cycle is conception, construction, validation. Prove something is doable, extract what I've learned, move on.

This journal was born from that logic. Rather than leaving projects sleeping on a hard drive, I started documenting them: what problem, what approach, what does it prove. Turning each POC into something useful, even for someone else.
